Work I Love
Some days I show up as a student, other days as a teacher.
I edit for a film and advertising production company from Zlin, which shoots campaigns for Czech and international brands. What I love about editing is being able to spend hours on just a few seconds of video, and it is exactly that precision and the results it brings that have kept me in this field for years. I now also teach at the faculty where I studied myself, so I get to pass my experience on to others. Behind it all is mainly a great team — people I meet up with outside of work, too.
How I Spend My Free Time
Nature is right around the corner, and yet I am in the city center in no time.
We live in a typical Zlin Bata-era neighborhood, which puts us close to both nature and the city center, and that combination is what I value most. My free time goes to family, running, and football. Over time I have also found a group of friends in the Zlin Region I go on trips or just grill out with, along with our families. All of that is what makes this place truly feel like home.
